I'm a certified Usui Reiki Master, so today I want to discuss the 5 principles of Reiki that all Reiki students are taught before they receive their attunement. These principles, while they're central to the practice of Reiki, are also excellent guiding principles for living an intentional, conscious life.
What Is Reiki?

Here's a few Reiki mantras that can be used for healing ourselves and the world:
