I’m Keri, the recipe developer, photographer and passionate creator behind Daily Dish. I want Daily Dish to be your go-to website for amazing vegan recipes and advice that, I hope, will nourish your spiritual and emotional wellbeing.
I believe true wellbeing comes from caring for your physical and emotional selves holistically. For the past ten years, my mission has been to awaken others to the transformative power of raising your vibration through integrating plant-based recipes and spiritual growth practices into everyday life.
When we feed our bodies high vibe foods, while also taking time to nurture our inner growth, we blossom fully into joyful alignment. My hope is that through my recipes and writings, I can support you in your journey of self-discovery.
A Bit About Me
As the writer, photographer, and recipe creator behind The Daily Dish, a lot of what I do here stems from my personal experiences. So let’s get to know one another a little!
I’m Keri, an American expat currently living in London, United Kingdom with my two kids (and two kitties.) I began developing my own recipes from a very young age, but time spent living alongside the Mediterranean diets of both Italy and Greece helped me to see first-hand how pairing diet and lifestyle choices can transform your health.
After graduating from the Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington with a BA in Liberal Arts, I’ve spent over a decade working as a professional photographer with a particular focus on food photography. I’m also a certified Reiki Master with a lifelong passion for all things nature-based.
Things that fascinate me include the spirituality of paganism, divination ( I’ve been a tarot reader personally and professionally for 20 years), and even amateur astrology. And, of course, I have a strong passion for creating simple, accessible vegan recipes that bring the benefits of veganism to the widest possible audience.
Why I Created The Daily Dish
I’ve always been passionate about holistic living, and have long believed in the interconnectedness of what we eat, and our mental outlook.
Here you'll find simple, wholesome vegan recipes to feed yourself from the outside-in. But just as importantly, I aim to give you critical food for thought - articles, tips and inspiration to nurture your inner well-being and wholeness.
I showcase my recipes alongside this content to spotlight the synergy between the two. What we put into our bodies is so powerfully reflected in how we show up emotionally and spiritually. By intentionally approaching meals with a wellness focus, we can build a sense of harmony, balance and purpose.
My goal is to give you recipes and perspectives that unlock greater self-care and fulfillment from the inside-out. Let's energize, nurture and blossom - body, mind and spirit.

While many spiritually awakened or conscious people adopt vegan or vegetarian diets, not all do. Some may choose to eliminate meat but not all animal products, while others alter buying habits to favor ethically-sourced foods without fully excluding categories. Ultimately, spiritual awakening manifests uniquely in each person's journey - so dietary decisions depend greatly on an individual's personal values, needs and interpretations around concepts like compassion. However, reverence and appreciation for the interconnectedness of all life tends to be a common thread among the spiritually awake.
High vibration foods are plant-based whole foods that contain nutrients and properties capable of raising our physical, emotional, and spiritual frequencies. Foods like fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, nuts, seeds, and legumes vibrate at higher energetic levels that are more life-giving and nurturing for the body and mind. Consuming these minimally processed, antioxidants-rich, high vibration foods helps clear and calibrate our energy, aids the expansion of consciousness, and allows us to operate at optimal levels of awareness and vibrancy. Ultimately, high vibration diets shift us internally toward states of greater love, wisdom, creativity, balance, and harmony with ourselves and the greater web of life.
