What Is The Crown Chakra?
The crown chakra is on the crown of your head. If you take your thumbs, and place them above your ears and touch your index fingers, where they meet is at the crown chakra. It's the seventh chakra in the body, residing at the top of the chakra ladder. In Sanskrit it's called Sahasrara, meaning the thousand petal lotus, and it's frequently depicted as a halo that surrounds the top of the head.
The crown chakra is the gateway to spiritual wisdom and consciousness. Sometimes referred to as "the bridge to the cosmos", its gift is a deeper sense of connection to the Universe and all things. When in balance, we're able to see the bigger picture of life. Because of this we're able to live with more peace, wisdom and gratitude.

The affirmations listed are only guides. The most important thing is that you're able to say you them with conviction. Feel free to modify any of the affirmations I've listed to suit your particular circumstances. If a particular affirmation feels wrong for you, it is! Go with your gut. We are, after all, working on sharpening our intuition and ultimately improving our conversation with our higher selves.
If you feel guided, set aside a time each day to sit in silence. Choose one particular affirmation to work with and repeat it silently to yourself while meditating. If that's too much for you, it's completely fine to simply say your chosen affirmations silently to yourself as you go about your day. There's no right or wrong way to do this.
