๐Ingredients
- Vegan Mayonnaise: Vegan mayonnaise is relatively easy to find at most major grocery stores. It's actually hard to tell the difference between a good vegan mayo and it's non vegan counterpart.
- Sriracha Sauce: Sriracha sauce is the key ingredient in this aioli recipe. If you can't find it, you could substitute sambal oelek and add another clove of garlic and a pinch of sugar or agave nectar. - Lime Juice: Lime juice adds a punchy zing to this recipe. Use the juice of ยฝ a fresh lime. I don't recommend using a bottled lime juice; the taste just isn't as fresh and bright.
- Salt: I used sea salt, but you could also use kosher salt. Salt brings all the flavors together and enhances them.
๐จโ๐ณHow To Make Sriracha Aioli
- Whisk together all the ingredients in a small bowl.
- Tip: Depending on your tolerance for heat, adjust the Sriracha sauce downwards or upwards. Start with 1 tablespoon and move upwards, tasting as you add more.
