Sriracha Aioli Sauce Recipe

Keri Bevan
Sriracha aioli sauce is a spicy, tangy, creamy spread that's easy to make at home. Slather it on burgers and tacos or use it as a dip for fries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Sriracha chili sauce *see note 1
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Serve at room temperature.

Notes

  1. If you're sensitive to spice, start with 1 tablespoon of Sriracha sauce and work your way upwards.  If you like a really spicy kick feel free to add more than 3 tablespoons to your aioli sauce.
  2.  Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up two 1 week.  Do not freeze aioli sauce - it will split when it's defrosted.
