Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ¾ cup pineapple juice
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup optional

Instructions

  • Add the frozen mango, pineapple, strawberries, pineapple juice, orange juice, and maple syrup (if using) to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more pineapple juice or orange juice in equal parts. If it's too thin, add a few more frozen fruit pieces.
  • Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy immediately while cold. Garnish with a strawberry, mango, or pineapple slice!

Notes

If your blender is struggling to process the frozen fruit, try adding a little bit of the liquid (in this case, pineapple juice and orange juice) to the blender first, followed by the frozen fruit. This will help create a vortex and make it easier for your blender to break down the fruit.
If the smoothie is still too thick, add more liquid gradually until you reach the desired consistency. Remember to stop the blender and give it a shake or stir occasionally to ensure all the ingredients are evenly mixed.
