Strawberry Blackberry Banana Smoothie

This strawberry blackberry banana smoothie is a frosty and delicious grab-and- go breakfast. Berries, bananas, and yogurt make it creamy, sweet and fresh. The perfect way to start your morning!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup strawberries fresh
  • 1 cup blackberries frozen
  • 1 banana sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk *or the plant based milk of your choice
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Put the banana and blackberries on the tray and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse until the smoothie is creamy.
  • Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  1. Transfer any leftover strawberry, blackberry banana smoothie to a jar with a lid. Store for 1-2 days.
  2. If you want to store your smoothie in the freezer, transfer them to freezer bag in individual portions. Simply add the smoothie to your blender and blend when you're ready to drink it.
