Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas under cold water.
In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, tahini, olive oil, fresh dill, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
Blend the mixture until smooth. If the hummus is too thick, you can add more pickle juice or a bit of water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.
Taste the hummus and season with salt and pepper.
Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl. Garnish with additional chopped dill, a drizzle of olive oil and a few pickle slices.

Put the hummus in an airtight, freezer-safe container. Or, portion the hummus into smaller containers or use a silicone ice cube tray for individual servings.
