Broccoli Smoothie

Keri Bevan
Broccoli smoothie? Yes, that's right, and it's fantastic! This is the perfect combination of ingredients to produce a zesty, sweet, frothy smoothie that doesn't taste a bit like broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and frothy.

Notes

  1. You can alter the consistency of this smoothie by adding water or a plant based milk one tablespoon at a time until you reach the consistency you prefer.

❄️Storage Instructions

Refrigerator

If you've already blended the smoothie and have leftovers, transfer the remaining portion into an airtight container. Refrigerate the smoothie for up to 24-48 hours. I recommend shaking or stirring the smoothie before drinking it as it may separate over time.

Freezer

If you have leftover smoothie that you want to freeze for later use, pour it into ice cube trays or freezer-safe containers. Smoothie cubes can be stored in the freezer for up to 1-2 months. When you're ready to drink your broccoli smoothie, transfer the frozen cubes into a blender and blend until smooth.
