These air fryer breakfast potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They're lower in calories and fat than traditional home fries, but they're just as delicious. Plus, they only take about 15 minutes to make.

  • 1 Potato diced
  • 1 Red Pepper diced
  • 1 Red Onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika


  • Brush the rack of your air fryer with oil. Preheat it to 375° F (190° C).
  • Dice your potatoes. No need to peel them.
  • Transfer the potatoes to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Tip the diced potatoes into air fryer, spreading them out evenly. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping the potatoes at the half way point.
  • Add the diced red pepper and onion. Cook for a further 4-5 minutes.


  1. Store leftover cooked breakfast potatoes in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
