Take the blueberries out of the freezer

Get out a 10 inch cast iron skillet

whisk together the  flour, rolled oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the chilled vegan butter , and use a pastry cutter or your hands to cut it into the flour mixture .

Step 3

Spoon the cobbler topping over the blueberry filling in the cast iron skillet, covering it evenly.

Step 4

Bake the blueberry cobbler for 35-40 minutes
